New Castle County Department of Libraries, Public Affairs Manager, New Castle, Delaware—produced quarterly newsletters for staff at 13 library locations; Awarded American Library Association grant for the New Castle County Libraries as one of five nationwide library systems to present. “Re-Imagining America,” a famous author lecture/book discussion series.
